




Vigna Pinelli is
in a wonderful location nearby the little village Scarlino (Grosseto).
It is located in the open coutry and gives

  reach the quiet beach in Puntone (5 Km) where it's possible to have relaxing
  moments in Mar Tirreno, or to walk in the pinewood.  The lively Follonica is located 7 Km far
  from Vigna Pinelli; it is famous for the beautiful gulf and it offers to the
  tourist many opportunities (Acquapark) and places to spend the summer nights. The village Scarlino (4 Km), thanks to
  its altitude (400 mt) and the surrounding evergreen Macchia Maremmana, gives
  refreshment after the sunny hours on the beach; it also presents interesting
  architectonic elements visible walking in the narrow path of the Rocca leading
  to the famous Castello Aldobrandesco. Massa Marittima, famous for the old iron
  mine and the duomo, is 20 Km far from Vigna Pinelli.  |

| Driving less than 10 Km and walking
  through the wonderful pinewood (Pineta Marittima), it's possible to get to
  the famous Cala Martina beach (where Garibaldi landed) or Cala Violina beach,
  whose name originates from the sound coming out when you walk on the
  particularly granulous sand, made of shells carried by the sea during lots of
  years. The famous Castiglione della Pescaia is
  20 Km far from Vigna Pinelli; it's a real pearl in Mar Tirreno coast and it
  headed the list of Legambiente seasides all over Italy in summer 2005 for its
  cleanness and services; from its port every day many touristic boats leave to
  reach the Arcipelago Toscano islands. Moreover it's possible to visit the
  near Diaccia Botrona, once a marshy zone but nowadays, after the reclamation,
  a natural reserve; it still has a habitat suitable for the characteristic
  fauna that you can encounter if you have time and patience. Driving 20 Km you can reach the exclusive
  Punta Ala, where you can stay on the beach, play golf, or just spend time
  dinning or walking in the port forbidden to cars . Moving inside this area it's possible to
  visit the famous archaeological places and museums of Etruschi in Vetulonia,
  Populonia and Roselle, or to reach the various thermal places (Saturnia,
  Calidario, Petriolo) or to visit Parco dell'Uccellina and the surrounding
  beaches in Argentario (Talamone, Porto Ercole, Capalbio, Porto Santo
  Stefano). The path dedicated to tuscany wines
  (Strade del Vino) had a growing interest in the last years; in this country
  of wine producers you con taste the local products and even the leading
  brands (Brunello, Morellino..).  |
